Responsible use

Last updated 19 October 2026

Patram is free and runs entirely in your browser: your files are never uploaded, and nobody can see what you process. That privacy is a strength — and it means you are the one responsible for how the tools are used.

In short: use Patram on files you own or are authorised to handle. Do not use it to forge, alter or misrepresent documents, to get around protections you have no right to remove, or to track people without their knowledge. You are responsible for what you do with the results.

What you agree to

Tool-specific notes

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the files you process and for what you do with the results. Patram is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It is not legal advice, and we cannot verify who you are or what you are doing — so these rules rely on you. If a task is subject to laws, contracts or professional rules (court filings, regulated records, exam submissions), follow them.

Misuse

If you see Patram being used to cause harm, or find a way a feature could be abused, please tell us through the project’s GitHub issues. We may change or remove features that turn out to enable abuse.
